Dear members and guests, As you might of been aware CGE Network hosted an internal event to help raise funds for China's Earthquake. The aim of this event was to raise funds over a period of time and gather a total amount to be donated to a charity of our choice - which is directly related to helping the citizens of China who have been affected by the earthquake. The event began on the 12th of May 2008 and ended on the 27th of May 2008. Each topic and/or reply created during this time frame was worth 0.20 cents (US). At the end the total amount of topics plus replies would be added and multiplied by 0.20 to give a final dollar value. However we have also decided to donate an extra 0.10 cents (US) for each registeration which occurred between this time frame. The results are as follow. 64 topics = $12.80 USD (@ .20) 244 comments = $48.80 USD (@ .20) 911 replies = $182.20 USD (@ .20) 481 registrations = $48.10 USD (@ .10) ============== Total: $291.90 USD ============== We have also received a number of indepened donations to go towards the final donation which is currently standing at just over $60.00 USD (there may be a slight increase on pending donations). Therefore, we can assume a minimum donation of $351.90 USD to be made to a selected charity within the coming days.
