Contest Rules
Compete against other racers and earn experience points (XP) for your skills. Each week the top XP earner will win a grand prize. Winners will be announced weekly on the Top Speed website and notified by email after the CBT period.
The contest begins 5 July 2008, Saturday, 12a.m. (+8 GMT) and lasts till the end of 3 August 2008, Sunday.
More Prizes! Gold and Kool Points
Other top speeders can earn gold and kool points to use during the Open Beta Test. Gold is Top Speed’s virtual currency earned through racing. Kool is Top Speed’s premium currency, purchased through pre-paid cards. Both currencies are used to purchase kart and avatar upgrades.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ENTER
Electronically register via the IAHGames Passport on the Top Speed web page, located at http://topspeed.iahgames.com/CBT/registration.aspx. Registration must be fully and accurately completed before the Closed Beta Test period ends, in order to qualify. After registration, entrants must download and play Top Speed to accumulate points and compete in the contest. Entrants earn prizes based on their performance in the game.
CONTEST RULES
Top Speed players compete for prizes by earning points assigned through experience (XP) earned and win rates. One (1) point will be awarded for each XP point earned during the contest week. Each week the top point earner will win one prize as pre-determined by IAHGames.
Each contest will begin every Saturday morning (00:00 GMT +8) – Sunday night (23:59 GMT +8). IAHGames reserves the right to change the prizes offered without prior notice to entrants. IAHGames reserves the right to disqualify any entrant without notification or explanation for hacking, scamming, or exploiting Top Speed or IAHGames service. Players found violating the Top Speed game policies will also be disqualified.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
All confirmed winners will be notified by email seven (7) days after the CBT period ends. Winners must reply by email within 30 (thirty) days to claim their prize or prizes will be forfeited. Prizes will be mailed to the winner within 60 days after the claim is received. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternate winner may be awarded the prize. IAHGames may ask winners for proof of identity to claim any prize. Once a winner has been confirmed, IAHGames will not entertain any appeals or alternate claims for prizes.
PRIZES
Each week one (1) grand prize winner will be selected, and all winners are only entitled to one (1) grand prize each. Other players will be awarded prizes of virtual gold and kool points based on their performance over the entire CBT period. Winners are chosen by IAHGames and all decisions made by IAHGames are final. The registered email addresses of winners will be used to verify their identity during prize-claiming and replies from alternate emails will not be accepted. All winners will be notified by e-mail with further details regarding their prize.

As stated above, IAHGames reserves the right to change any prize without prior notice to the entrants.
ELIGIBILITY
Employees of IAHGames, its partners or affiliates and anyone involved with the production of this contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of IAHGames are final in all instances. Prizes are non-transferable. If IAHGames is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 30 calendar days of notification, a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of IAHGames. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The winner accepts responsibility for all national, provincial, city, state or other local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest. By entering, the winner releases IAHGames and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name in the announcement of the winners on the IAHGames Top Speed site, Electronic Newsletter, Publications and/or Developer site, as well as use of their name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. The Prize Publisher, Developer and/or Distributor are not responsible for this contest and have no affiliation with IAHGames. All matters related to Prizes are the responsibility of IAHGames. IAHGames assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, and/or other telecommunications malfunctions.
